Waterpark Fun
Greetings to All,
Aren’t the fall leaves beautiful? The temperatures have turned cooler and the crunchy leaves let me know that fall is in full swing. It’s a great season. To start off the fall festivities, our family, including my brother Jim and his wife Dorothy, went to our very first indoor waterpark. I had a blast!
The Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, Ohio, is a huge complex. Although I was scared half out of my wits, I went down several of the slides and tubes…..and lived to tell about it. The surf rider was pretty cool. Wear a shirt over your bathing suits, though, because the water pressure can nearly tear the spandex right off of you. Yikes!!
It was great time and the location is perfect. By now you know how much I love the Lake Erie region and this place is right in the heart of it. These places are usually very expensive, but watch for money-saving specials (especially during the week) and you’ll be surprised on the deals.
